Wholesale orders

- For small orders, express shipping services such as DHL, Fed Ex or the EMS postal service are the most common options. SAL (surface air lift) or regular surface mail are also available.

- For orders of 200kg or more of tea, or products with a volume of more than 1cbm, shipping by ocean freight can significantly reduce shipping costs. For orders totaling 15 cbm or more, FCL (full container) rates enable further savings on shipping costs.

- Once we receive your order, we will calculate the most economical and suitable shipping method to recommend to you.

- Payment terms are as follows:

For purchases less than $1,000: 100% payment on order placement.

For purchases above $1,000: 50% on order placement and 50% arrival – unless other terms          have been arranged.

-Tea and tea ware products originating from China and Taiwan need to be shipped separately.
