Other Notes: Anji Bai Cha is a famous Chinese green tea, produced in Anji county and its surrounding area in Zhejiang Province. It is not a white tea as the meaning of its Chinese name. The cultivar of Anji Bai Cha is a mutated tea plant. Its tender tea shoots and leaves in Spring appear to be jade white color. That is why Anji Bai Cha is named. It has yellowish green tea body, pure tenderness fragrance and brisk mellow taste.
