Other Notes: Huo Shan Huang Ya is a Chinese yellow tea which has been the tribute tea to Chinese emperors since Ming Dynasty (1276-1644AD). It is produced in the high mountain tea garden of Huoshan County with good forestry covering and fine growing conditions for tea. The piling processing is the most critical handling for Yellow tea, and it is the difference in between yellow tea and green tea. The piling can reduce the astringency of tea, and improve its flowery flavor. It has lingering flowery fragrance and pure smooth mellow aftertaste.
