Production Methods: Tea leaves plucking-withering- Charcoal baking. (Slightly naturally oxidized)

Other Notes: Silver Needle white tea is made by the single bud plucked in early spring. After naturally withering to around 10% water content in the leaf, it will undergo charcoal baking to final dry. Silver needle has fruity fragrance and pleasant mellow taste. It is rich in minerals and antioxidants.

Bai Hao Yin Zhen is produced in Zhenghe, Fuding, Songxi and Jianyang regions of Fujian provinces. A few regions in Yunnan also produce Bai Hao Yin Zhen. But the Yunnan Bai Hao Yin Zhen is not as good in quality as the Fujian tea – the main differences being that Yunnan tea leaf is darker in color and not so full bodied.
