Production:  Fully oxidised, lightly roasted. Produced in limited quantity at the the Li Family’s Sun Moon Tea Facility.

Hun Yun (Red Rhythm) black tea is a recently developed new cultivar (# 21) developed by TRES (The Taiwan Research and Extension Station). It is still very rare and available in limited quantities.  A cross between wild Assamica strain and Keemun (Qimen)

This is the finest grade tea grown and produced by the high skilled Li Family tea makers and has won prestigous awards, including a Bronze Medal at the 2019 Paris AVPA World of Tea Competition.

Suggested Brewing (adjust according to personal preferences)
Water Temperature: 95-100°C/203-212°F
Amount: 2-3g per 150ml teacup
Steeping Time: 3 minutes
